I have worked as a Registered Dietitian, nutrition advocate and educator in the Toronto community for over seventeen years providing nutrition assessment and counselling for individuals, families, and groups. I have counselled thousands of people on a wide variety of health issues from digestive problems, food sensitivities, allergies, and eating disorders to feeding infants and childhood nutrition as well as weight management, heart health, inflammatory diseases, kidney health and many others (see Services.) I have also spent 15 years training interns and the last five years I have worked as a part-time professor at Toronto Metropolitan University, teaching on the topics of nutrition, counselling, health promotion and professional practice.
